The Shalabhasana or locust pose is a rack, in which the body rests on the arms and chest. It develops your strength, flexibility and balance simultaneously. The position strengthens chest, abdomen and back muscles, especially deep mussels near the spine, your arms, shoulders and wrists, training your attention.
